I returned the van early after one day and they would not refund my money. After reviewing the circumstances with the office, I accepted some responsibility for misunderstanding the terms of the rental agreement and they offered a small refund of $50.
My wife and I rented a passenger van for a family reunion over a holiday weekend. Initially we rented for two days in case I needed the vehicle or couldn't get the van back after 24 hours. During the discussion with the sales personnel, I was told that I would be refunded the cost of the second days rental if I returned this van early. The original rental agreement was $480 and was lead to believe I would receive a refund of nearly half of the total amount.

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen my representative that I spoken to after being cheated out of 114.00. Was Jordan(female) who claimed to be the supervisor. But her professionalism was handled like a 4th grader. Long story short me and my wife rented from this location for own day,returned the next morning at 730am. Well come to find out of you don't verbally or physically made contact with someone, then you and your vehicle return doesn't get noticed until 3pm. Which you will be charged another day. In my defense they have a drop box for after hour returns which we dropped off that morning.Therefore, it's the representative job to check that box everyday 30 to 45 minutes. Because cars come in all the time. We were treated like unappreciated customers and the professionalism representing enterprise was unacceptable. Corporate will be contacted about this situation most definitely. I worn everyone to cross your I's and dot your T's because there customer service is below standard in any form of the word.
I can't complain the staff is great and the prices are good. Their pick up service is great, but the only thing is that they should have the pick up service a little earlier.
It was my first time EVER renting a car and this location really turned me away from renting from Enterprise ever again!! This location must be encouraged to make "sales," in other words, charge you extra fees. They claimed that I smoked in the vehicle and that they found ash. What? It was my first time ever renting a car, why would I do that? I asked for proof, they said they could not provide me any proof and that it had already been sent out for detailing for a $175 fee for me. I asked them if it was basically my word against theirs, and she said a manager would call me back on Monday. Nobody called me. I came from out of state and will obviously never rent from this location ever again!
That was two months ago. No refund has been processed to date.
