Usually neat and organized, but today it was surprisingly messy to many clothes on the racks,hard to look through! Also empty hangers like a lot. Dressing rooms full of clothes! It's like everyone called in sick today! It is my favorite Kohl's location to shop at so I was surprised to see it this way. I know you can't always be 100% all the time, but that's the 1st time I saw the store like that.
Though the item I went in for could not be found, the person who helped me (her name was also Melissa) searched high and low trying to find it. She put forth a lot of effort and was very kind. In the end she helped me order the product I went in for and it will be shipped directly to my house!
Always friendly faces here whenever I visit. Majority of the racks are stocked with each size and I have yet to leave this store without what I went in for. The staff is very helpful when you have a question and they always make sure that the coupons get added to your purchases in case you forgot them at home or had no idea that any were currently going on!
Nice store, clean. Does have a different layout than the one in Westminster. The returns counters are all the way in the back. Other than that, found the staff nice and helpful
Nice store. They do pretty good about checking fast. It's clean and I'm sure they will have a sale going.
