Furniture paradise! This store is MASSIVE, so plan on spending some time there. Tons of product options to fit everyone’s budget, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Whether taking your purchase with you or having delivered, the process is easy. And they can finance your big ticket items. You have to check it out!
Poor customer service while I was there. The employees seemed more interested in chatting then helping. I asked one of their employees about the difference between two types of beds mostly to confirm the info I had already learned online and they didn't know the answer. The greeter was polite and friendly but after that the employees seemed more into noticing my service dog then helping me! The only reason got two stars is the store and merchandise are nice. My advice to management is hire better people! To consumer know exactly what you want and where it is. Good luck finding help.
Awesome service all around. From ordering on your huge and informative website to delivery. Customer service had all of the answers I needed and the furniture is top notch. I found almost everything I needed in one place and the prices were great. It was all delivered in 2 days and at the very start of the window they gave me, so there was no sitting around waiting for delivery. Almost everything was already assembled and they brought and inatalled furniture pads for the feet to protect the floor. Great service and attention to detail. Couldn't be happier.
