We chose to have both of our children at this hospital. The labor & delivery and post partum nurses and doctors are a great, caring, and competent team that worked together to make sure we had an amazing and comfortable experience. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, as well, and I appreciated having a clean room during our stay. The new suites are spacious and really nice! Overall, we were happy to come back and have the same great experience as before.
Labor and delivery is an AWESOME aspect at North Suburban. The staff here is loyal, caring, and attentive to your personal individual needs. Ms. Pam, and charge nurse Mrs. Gianna are very wonderful, I was blessed to have them on my team during my stay. These women went out of their way to make sure that I was literally comfortable, and happy! The staff here, all staff housekeeping included. This establishment is clean, friendly, and meas business! I was very happy to have my son here at North Suburban, where they put ME FIRST!
I recently had a visit to the ER due to a knee injury and had a very pleasant experience. The staff (both admin and clinical) were very friendly and attentive. I did not have to wait very long for an X-Ray, nor did I have to stay there for a large period of time.
The doctor's and nurses very nice and professional. The doctor did an amazing job. If you have to go to the hospital I recommend this day place.
My son was born here 2 years ago and the whole experience the hospital gives you is amazing. They gave us a family meal including family sized entree, salad, and other stuff when we left too so we wouldn't have to cook when we got home the staff said. Amazing. Thanks again North Suburban.
