We had the most amazing experience here and - we could not have asked for a better! My (now) wife and I visited the store when we first started "looking at engagement rings". I had already made up my mind that I wanted to design a custom ring, so I made sure to remember the store. Fast-forward to when the time finally came to put a plan into action, I contacted Joy and she scheduled a time to meet me right away. Over the next few weeks, we worked through a few iterations of the design (in CAD), all the while keeping it secret from my (now) wife. Joy, Troy, and Jessie were such fun to work with throughout the entire process. They even assisted in my secret plan by visiting with me and my (now) wife a second time, completely hiding the fact that I'd been working with them for weeks already! All this to get a feel for whether or not our design was going to be a hit. While Joy was busy drawing and later fabricating the ring, Troy got to work finding the perfect diamond for me. When it was all said and done, the final ring was STUNNING, a perfect blend of my original idea plus Joy's genius. They even held the ring in-house for me until the big day so that I wouldn't have to worry about hiding it. After the proposal, we visited the store again to say hello, and the whole team treated us like family. We of course had a custom wedding band (for her) made there to match the engagement ring, and again they totally knocked it out of the park (we also bought my Triton wedding band there). We've been back to the store a few times to say hi, and they are always so happy to see us and catch up.
I cannot say enough about the staff at Thollot Diamonds. They designed my daughter's wedding set which turned out to be so truly unique and beautiful. Joy was so patient and took extra time to explain the process and options with regard to designing my daughter's ring. My son-in-law and daughter also dealt with Troy and several other staff members. All were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter gets many, many compliments on her ring set. If you can imagine it, they can take it from there! Truly good people.
This was the best experience I've ever had. I'm not a jewelry person and I went in to have a stone put in a setting and Jessie created the most beautiful custom setting that is just perfect for me. Annie was so wonderful in handling everything I wanted and making sure I loved it as much as they did. If you are looking for a jewelry place this is it!!!

My fiance and I went in there to look at some rings, because she wasn't impressed with what was being offered by other jewelry stores. We met and had a long discussion with Troy, the owner. He was very cool and down-to-earth. He spent a lot of time explaining the difference between different types of stones and ring metals. We had a pretty good understanding before we made a decision on what to purchase. Plus, he had a really great sense of humor, which is a nice change from other stuffy jewelry stores.
If you want to shop in a store to pick out the perfect ring from behind a case, there are plenty of wonderful stores to choose from (one rhymes with "rain" and "accompany"). But if you want a one-of-a-kind piece based on your own ideas, this is your place. I cannot recommend Thollot enough - They are the best in the business, and there's not a close second.
This place has been awesome over the years. I had a wedding ring made with them and my husband shops here for our anniversary. They always have great service, remember my name, and seem to go out of their way even when they know you're just looking. They have great quality jewelry, great selections and a variety of helpful ways to make purchases.
Annie was also an exceptional associate who worked with us through the purchase. Though I had planned on a cheap wedding band for myself, she turned me onto the coolest wedding band on the planet.
