Maybe it was cross contamination, or carelessness, but I was there to watch a movie and enjoy some food; not spend most of the time doubled over in pain and then called a liar. I was happy with the pass and would have come back to see the end of the movie and spend more money, but now I'll just go somewhete else.
Movie was OK but place was dirty, menus sticky. Server took my food order but never returned, never checked. Just as well--$15 for chicken and soda's way overpriced.
Went in to buy tickets at the bar for Home Again and IT. The guy didn't acknowledge my presence. Finally when he did he was very cold! Not friendly at all!! I was thinking about walking out. The staff in the back was AWESOME!!!! Very friendly and on top of everything!! I would give the staff in the back 10 stars and the guy at the bar who wasn't busy and had no customers a -0.
The movie was decent but the concessions not so much. Popcorn was way to salty and the water tasted like mold. Probably will not be returning here anytime soon.
I liked this place, and it has a great atmosphere, but I had a bad experience and I probably won't go back. I am allergic to garlic and got super sick from their pretzel sticks and cheese.
Tickets are cheap, that's why I like it. Horrible customer service. Food is not that good. Beer is not that cold. Projectors need calibrated. Sound is way to low. Takes forever to get service, even when it's slow. Bathrooms are all the way out in the entrance. But hey, that's what you get for $6.50 tickets.
One of the girls behind the counter gave me a pass since I missed my whole movie, and that was super sweet. But that guy arguing with me made me feel even worse. Don't defend your food, dude. People don't get sick randomly.
The menu didn't say it had garlic, and then after spending an hour in the bathroom feeling like I was going to die, some guy behind the bar insisted I was wrong. He said it was made fresh in house and all the cheese had was 4 cheeses and half and half. But the cheese I got had chunks of something I thought was bacon, and it was more like processed nacho cheese.
