I made my way back to the sales office, which had a sign OPEN, but the doors were locked. I waited a bit figuring the sales people were out showing homes. There should have been a sign posted saying they were out of the office and an approximate time they would be back or a phone number to call.
I have heard this isn't that good of a place to live
This is the worst Hellhole you could ever imagine. I put off writing a review for awhile but I never thought I could hate a place this much. There is a flood in the park from their terrible plumbing leaking that damaged our trailer because its sinking in. No fix no repairs offered by them. Live next to a meth lab for over 2 and a half years until they finally evicted them. The abandon house was taken over by a park employee who poisoned neighborhood cats that were getting inside this derelict trailer with holes blown out the windows and damage everywhere. Do NOT rent or buy #68 its a former meth lab and they are violating the law by trying to find someone to rent or buy it without telling people. Its a white tin trailer. I got woke up in the middle of the night when the explosion happened and I know for sure what they were doing in there. There were several police raids. This park is a terrible hell hole they've let the park playground deteriorate. Sam Zell owns the company who runs this he is an evil human being who takes advantage of poor people and immigrants. They raise the rent every single year in March and they will price you out of your home eventually. Good luck trying to sell the other people are right you never will. They eventually take your home from you. Remember these aren't really mobile homes because it can cost up to 8-10k or more to move these out of here which is impossible for most people. The park employees and manager often violate laws and tenant rights. One time they issued an edict that everyone had to get direct TV from primecast. They force everyone to do it and shut the cable company out of the community. Eventually it took lawyers to lift this dictatorial order. This company is pure evil. They will charge you 60-90k for a home you will never own and slowly raise the rent until you're paying over 1500 a month. STAY AWAY THIS IS HELL I"VE BEEN HERE 20 years!!! Its hard to get out once they trap you.
I was planning on coming to the "open house" on Saturday 2/11 from 10 am to 3 pm. As I drove up a road, I saw no signage for the open house. The homes I did see we not very well kept. Several of the trailers had no skirting around the base.
Woodlands hills manager jenell is the rudest she thinks she can talk anyway to everyone!! Well she met the wrong woman... she gave my cashiers ck away lol n then wanted to get rude about it !!! I called her so called boss Sherita lol she was a joke as well!!! Who runs this place? Cuz they get a big fat F!!! "Sherita" said Ron bunce dose but refused to give me his number!!!!
This is one area I will not be coming back to when I'm ready to move.
Love everything about this place! Where to start? As soon as you walk in there you see the office nice and clean. Well organized as well as welcomed by the manager and staff. All my questioned were well answered and the manager did a phenomenal job of explaining every question I had or any information. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a new place to call home.
