I went to highschool here for a couple years. It's a small, STEM based school. Not the typical highschool with bullies and fights and drugs, it's quite the opposite here: Quiet, small, friendly. Some note worthy features are: No lockers, a couple dozen classrooms, small parking lots, New building, good location for stores, housing, hospital and very community oriented.
I went there i liked it:) It was good school but i had to move back to arizona :(
I am currently going to 8th grade so far this is the best school i have went to it has great teachers that aren't super serious they like to mess with there espicially on april 1st. #nouniforms
I am a sophomore at this school, and I'll say it's a good school. There is only one problem. This school is labeled as an art school. The three symbols MESA represents are a pencil, a guitar, and a paintbrush. There is no way you're learning any music, nor find any art outside of art class. I did improve my art skills, but art class lasts only half the year. When I finished middle school, I wanted to find a place where I could improve what I like to do best, which is drawing. When I was introduced to MESA, I was shown amazing works of art and chances of animation, etc. Those pieces of art were from people who had that skill beforehand. I don't know what to say, except this school is just a grade and doesn't go beyond that.
Don't go here. I promise you, you will have the worst year of you're life. The students are extremely rude and annoying.
