Horrible experience, I was followed out to my vehicle by an aggressive employee who then proceeded to yell and shout vulgar comments at me. All I was trying to do was drop off my truck, but I was welcomed with "can't you see we are busy, move your damn truck" as soon as I stepped inside the office. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
They will cut off your lock without asking! Like who does that
Extremely unprofessional and cowardly. I went to nights in a row to clear stuff out of my storage unit. At around 9pm both nights, packed up and left. They had the audacity to tell my girlfriend (who is the account holder eventhough its my storage unit) that I am not allowed on the property ever again and if I am found to be there, they will call the police on me. Nobody Ever talked to me while I was there, didn't mention any trash, they went behind my back and caused a huge argument with my girlfriend, made me feel like I was some sort of criminal. They don't have lights in the aisles but when I left I looked around and didn't see trash. I wouldn't be surprised if some trash was left but it was pitch black so I don't know I picked up what I could. The old lady was rude on the phone and the entire situation is a little weird and VERY unprofessional. It kind of seems like they do this kind of stuff on purpose (telling a spouse this or that... Making up lies basically... In order to "watch drama unfold"). They did this before too... A couple months ago they said I didn't lock my unit and said they sent me a new lock and tacked $40 to the bill. They said they sent it registered mail and Yada Yada. I have no doubt they lied about all that too. They just wanted to stir stuff up., and I know that now because they are doing the same thing with this invisible trash situation. Anyway I'm filing with the BBB.
ive only had my storage less than a year started at 88 dollars . Its already 130 just for 5×10 . Looking for new company
