Love this place. Staff is beyond amazing. I always get greeted at the door and then again in the aisle. If you don't know what you're doing there has always been someone there to explain it to me. It's not the biggest hardware store in town but, in my opinion, is the best.
I'll used to go to this store out of necessity only. Every time I go in, I get hounded every 20-30 seconds by greeters asking if I need help finding anything. By the fifth greeter, I'm usually less than pleasant.

Today was my last time going to ace. I crouched down to look at light bulbs and one of their greeters completely had no perception of personal space. He came within inches behind my backside, and reached over me to get something. An "excuse me" would've gone a long way.
