The Home Depot employees were very helpful, especially a kind man named Reuben. He went above and beyond to help me with locating the correct bar code so I could check out and take my rug home without having to return to the store. Thanks Reuben!
I had the pleasure of working with three fabulous women in the painting department on a Saturday afternoon. I was helped promptly and I had a challenging problem. I needed to match a wall color for which I had (of course) thrown away the can. I had cut two pieces out of the wall and brought them in to see if I could help. They tried three different times to get as close as possible and even provided expert advice on switching brand to try to get a little closer. All three of them were working on my color match while still attending to other customers. And they did all this just for a sample size!! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I also listened to them assist other customers. They were patient and knowledgeable and eager to find the best solution for everyone.

I had the receipt foe my 200 vacuum it want picking up so I wanted to exchange it. I couldn't find exact same vacuum so I got an equivalent one. They would not allow me to exchange it. My ex purchased this for me when I moved out so I would have one foe my new home. He paid with his home depot card and gave me the receipt in case I needed to exchange it. The clerk said i could only exchange it for exact same one and that they didn't have anymore in stock. I went back to look at vacuums and despite what the customer service clerk told me only 3 minutes earlier and he even showed me. I will never shop at Home Depot again. I will tell everyone I know about this awful experience. It took up time and I am defiantly NOT SATISFIED AT ALL AT HOW I Was treated
The clerk without needing to be asked, helped me find the correct water filter for my GE fridge and turned me on to a generic brand for $15 less. I bought 2. Thank you
