Even though replacing a furnace & air conditioner is not something I was thrilled about, Jason made the whole process as painless as possible. He was friendly, professional, & willing to go out of his way to make my install go well. He explained what he did, & answered all my questions. We had replaced the transformer earlier in the day per the suggestion from the folks at Ring for the Ring Pro Doorbell. In doing so, we fried the existing doorbell and wanted to make sure that there were no other lingering electrical issues. We tried to contact 2 other electricians and no one else was available. The service was prompt and Wes did a great job explaining everything and providing recommendations. While the pricing was higher than I an anticipated, I'm happy to pay a premium for quick and quality service. I'll use Brothers again in the future and would recommend you do the same.
I am in the market for a new furnace and called Brother's plumbing. Troy came out. Very punctual, he was right on time. He assessed the situation, communicated his findings very clearly and gave us his advice. Very professional. He did not try to pressure us to sell something. Rather he giver us his honest advice and we felt we are in good hands.
Joe was prompt, professional, personable and polite! An excellent plumber who got the job done in no time, was very clear about what was wrong and what my options were, and even answered an unrelated question I had about my water heater. He had a great attitude, was nice to my dog, and we will definitely be requesting him in the future and using Brothers for all our plumbing and HVAC needs!
I've done a lot of business with Brothers this year, including a full gas line installation and appliance install. My review is a bit more than that; the level of service they provide is exceptional. My wife and I had our baby son early recently, and it was both an amazing and challenging situation that coincided with a job I had hired them to do. They were extremely kind with scheduling and walking me through the work and permit process, and even sent our family a very wonderful child's gift (our shock to see it was from our Plumbing company). That's above and beyond, and certainly reflects core values inherent to their business.
