I was in a bit of a situation a couple weeks ago. My work's sink was leaking so I went to check it out, and I found the part that needed to be replaced so I searched online for the part. There was no model number, no serial number, and I had no idea what the part even was which made it EXTREMELY difficult to find. I had searched for this part online for a couple of hours before I decided to contact a plumber to see if they could help me (because I'm stubborn like that). I contacted a couple plumbers who could not help me and at this point I was so frustrated because I had been working on this sink for hours. I had to cancel my afternoon plans and stay at work hours later to figure out what this part was because it needed to be fixed ASAP. I came across Keith's number and texted him asking for his help. He did not have to help me, but he went above and beyond to help me figure out what that part was and where to get it with no benefit to him. Keith was amazing! Very professional and easy to talk to. I received an email reminder of appointment. Other quotes I received were not only high, but their communication skills were very poor and they responded as if I was bothering them. I HIGHLY recommend going with Keith for any issue you may have. We had a pretty nasty leak in our basement and we were told from another agency that it would be $4,000 to fix.
